INGREDIENTS
☐ 2 Cups White Rice
☐ 8 oz Australian Grass Fed Ground Beef
☐ 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
☐ As Desired Kosher Salt
☐ As Desired Black Pepper
☐ 2 Cups Brown Gravy
☐ ½ Cup Roasted Mushrooms
☐ ½ cup Caramelized Onions
☐ 4 each Fried Eggs
☐ As Desired Sliced Green Onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- For the rice: Rinse and cook rice as instructed on the package.
- For the beef: Mix with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Form beef mixture into small patties and cook to desired internal temperature.
- For the gravy: Combine the brown gravy with caramelized onions and roasted mushrooms.
- To serve: In a small bowl, top rice with mushroom and onion gravy, beef patties, fried egg and sliced green onions.
